  螺桿采用油冷卻系統冷卻。機筒采用特殊風冷系統冷卻。系統采用專用電腦控制。根據用戶不同配方要求，配置結構合理螺桿，以達到塑化狀態及物料質量。螺桿全部采用高精度專用數控螺桿銑床加工，可確保每臺同類擠出設備擠出性能高度一致性。率先引入國際先進變螺距，變深度螺桿設計技術，使物流在螺桿中剪切、壓縮更柔和，更接近實際需要。分配箱特殊設計，推力軸承格外加大，軸承采用原裝進口，傳動壽命高，可承受更大擠出壓力。電器系統大限度采用進口原件，并具有多項故障報警功能，故障少，排除方便。冷卻系統設計特殊，散熱面積格外加大，冷卻迅速，溫控精度可達±1℃。
